Buyer Terms and Conditions

  1. Buyers are representatives from travel agencies, event organizers, or MICE organizers from all over Indonesia or abroad who have the potential to sell tourism products, hotels, and other related tourism products in Lombok & Sumbawa.
  2. Each travel agency, event organizer, or MICE organizer is represented by only 1 delegate.
  3. Buyers will receive facilities such as transfer in and transfer out, accommodation for 2 nights Twin Sharing / Triple Sharing, post-tour together, participant badge/ID card, and goody bag.
  4. Buyers will also receive 2x breakfast, 1x coffee break, 1x table top, 1x lunch, and 2x dinner.
  5. Each buyer must register online or offline by filling out the attached form.
  6. After registering online, the buyer will receive confirmation along with an invoice from the committee sent via email.
  7. Each buyer will be charged a non-refundable fee:
    Non ASPPI member Rp. 750.000,-
    ASPPI Member Rp. 500.000,-
  8. Payment can be made by transfer to:
    Bank: Bank Mandiri
    Name: Asosiasi Pelaku Pariwisata Indonesia – DPD ASPPI NTB
    Account Number: 161-00-7776776-7
  9. For payment, the last 3 digits of the phone number must be added. For example, for an ASPPI member with the phone number 0811391811, add 811 (the last 3 digits) to the registration fee of 700,000, making the total amount transferred to be 700,811.
  10. Payment must be made no later than 3 days after registration (may change at any time).
  11. If the payment is not made within the given limit, the spot will be allocated to another buyer.
  12. If the flight details and proof of payment have been received by the committee via email (buyersltm@gmail.com), the buyer’s name will be displayed on the official Lombok Travel Mart website.
  13. For pick-up at the airport from 08:00 to 15:00 WITA, transportation will not be provided outside of the specified time by the committee.
  14. All buyers must arrive in Lombok before 15:00 WITA as the main requirement to receive confirmation from the committee.
  15. ┬áThe committee has the right to approve/cancel/reject registrations that do not comply with these terms and conditions or the committee’s policy.
